About The People's Party

CORPORATE CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS have worked its way into the very fabric of Federal Elections to the degree that they are effectively exercising control over all Legislation from Congress.  

Congressional Representatives are now threaten with primaries, pouring millions of dollars in contributions to their opponents if they fail to follow the dictates of their Corporate Contributors. 

Corporate money, directing the politics of our country and has steered us on a very wrong track. As a result, We the People are literally paying the price. 

The People's Party is organized around a Single, Non-Partisan issue. Our one goal is  to limit Campaign Contributions to $5K per person, per entity and the total elimination of Dark Money returning our Congress back into the hands of The People rather than an elite few. 

The People's Party is committed to never support a Political Party nor a Political Candidate. We feel that Candidates who support our position of limiting contributions demonstrate their concern for the constituents they were elected to represent not paid to represent.  

Republicans complain about contributions to Democratic Campaigns and Democrats complain about contributions to Republican campaigns. 

WE ALL AGREE that excessive contributions have had a corrupting influence on Washington. We must remove the money from Politics.
